One of  the  first  large-­scale  extensive  green  roofs  in   southern  Australia  that  
uses  solely  local  indigenous  species  as  a  design  solution,  that   improves  the  
biodiversity  values  on  the  roof  and  assists  the  on-ground  ecological   restoration  
of  the  site. The  green  roof  concept  was  driven  by  an  environmentally  sensitive  
coastal  setting,  and   visual  amenity  issues.  Few  native  Australian  plant  species  
have  been  previously  trialled   for  this  purpose....
