Iblitz Landscapes constructed a free standing steel frame to accept the versiwall fixing panels so the existing brick party wall was not compromised.
Although the existing wall could easily handle the 95kg p/m2 load, the contarctor felt obliged to remove any risk to the neighbours wall.
The steel frame is tied back to the party wall but the dead load is directed to the ground footings.
Great planting palette has given this drab wall a beautiful, inviting view from the living area.
