John's professional career has covered a wide range of building types, in the UK and overseas. In collaboration with Dow and DuPont he is engaged in research in connection with thermal insulation, airtightness and condensation risk and represents the RIBA on the BSI Committee responsible for BS 5250 "Condensation in Buildings".
