Haileybury City

Haileybury College is launching the Haileybury City Campus in January 2017 which will be Melbourne's first Early Learning Centre to Year 12 private school campus in the CBD.
As part of the new campus, the Early Leaning Centre on levels 3 & 4, has just been completed.
The view to the East of this rooftop garden borrows views of Flagstaff Gardens deceiving the visitor of its CBD location.
Melbourne Landscape Company installed Bluestone Pavers & Timber decking on paver & deck supports ensuring easy access to the membrane for future remedial works.
By suspending pavers & decking air is suspended in the cavity improving the thermal performance of the roof and surfaces are drained very quickly after heavy rain events.
This rooftop space will be heavily trafficed & tested to its limits by the young students who will be the beneficiaries of this great learning space.
