Green Roof Perth Rendezvous Hotel Pool Deck Sheoaks Landscape

Project Brief.
We were approched by the management of the Rendezvous Grand Hotel Management to refurbish the Pool Deck area,
which was built in 1986 & had no major works since then.
The Hotel is situated on the beachfront at Scarborough Beach, The pool Deck is on the 4th Floor.
Demolitions
We removed all existing plantings & pruned up the existing Palms & removed 3 Canary Island Date Palms.
We also removed 300 mm of topsoil from all areas 210m2
Removed all existing Artifical Turf 500 m2 +
Artificial Rock Facade cleaned back for recoat 400 m2
Remove existing irrigation system (not working)
Installations
New top soil to all shrubs beds 300mm
Planted shrub beds with Agapanthus, Lomandra,Dianella Lirope,Arthropodium & plumeria
New Artificial Lawn to all other areas
Recoat & paint all Artificial Rock.
New Irrigation system
