GRA supports the initiative announced by Minister Greg Hunt to implement the Action Plan 2015-16 as the first instalment of a five-year Australian Government response to the risk of species extinction - Flora and Fauna. GRA advocates and promotes new habitat zones on building roof top areas which total 65% of the urban areas in Australian Capital Cities. Green Roofs also provide areas for the cultivation of endangered Flora species which can be researched and monitored.
